Keep the party going after the Pride Parade and come dance on our rooftop deck! Tunes will be provided by DJ Mandy Warhol and DJ Deep Space, rain or shine. Cash bar, with a light lunch provided by Hearth.

All University of Saskatchewan faculty, staff and students are welcomed to attend the Pride Flag Raising Ceremony to celebrate the start of Pride Month. The flag raising is one of the ways we visibly demonstrate that USask is committed to fostering an inclusive and positive working and learning environment for everyone, including those in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. We will be raising both the Inclusive Pride flag and the Two-Spirt Pride flag.

On June 10, 2023 join Spiffy Car Wash as we celebrate and support Saskatoon Pride –  a portion of the proceeds from the day will be donated to the organization. Come get your car washed and don’t forget to use the rainbow soap for an extra Pride-filled Day!!

Details: The Masquerade Ball is set to bring healing to our Two-Spirit- LGBT Peoples within our communities. When looking back at our Programming department we have had a gap when it comes to honoring and acknowledging our peoples, I want to reestablish the connection between our identity and sexuality. This event will open the doors for BATC to offer LGBT education to our communities, whether it be Two-spirit teachings, LGBT History, LGBT Sex Education, among many others we could offer as a business.

An Exhibit of LGBTQ2s objects will be displayed in an adjacent Reception room, these exhibits will be artwork, clothing, newspaper clippings, among other archived material. We are set to have objects coming from the Western Development Museum, Saskatoon Archives, University of Saskatchewan’s LGBT Collection, Hilberg & Berk, and The Meriam Collection.
