Join historian Sara Wortham for a discussion on her work exploring the lives and discrimination faced by gay and lesbian soldiers during the First World War.

Local queer artists will present their artwork for an art show while answering the question “what does Pride mean to you?”. Join us as we celebrate local queer artistry, and dance the night away with a local DJ.

Join local Queer birders Ryan Bradshaw and Ryan (RJ) Dudragne for a morning walk in the park as we look for birds and celebrate Pride in nature! Whether the day brings sunshine or clouds, there will be plenty of birdsong and beauty to make your heart soar! We’ll be meeting by the parking lot at Donna Birkmaier Park, entrance at Taylor St E and Slimmon Rd. Binoculars are recommended for the best viewing experience, but not required. Bring water, and come prepared for the weather and the potential of mosquitos. This is a free, all-ages event with accessible gravel pathways. Donations will be accepted, proceeds going to Saskatoon Pride.
