Alysia is a passionate advocate for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, where she brings her knowledge of history and gender studies to the forefront of important discussions and initiatives. At 29 years old, Alysia holds a degree in Art History and has a deep appreciation for both visual and performing arts, which she believes are vital components of culture and community expression.

With three years of volunteering experience with Saskatoon Pride, Alysia has had the privilege of capturing the vibrancy and spirit of the Saskatoon Pride Parades through her photography. Her dedication to documenting these events reflects not only her artistic skills but also her commitment to visibility and representation within the queer community.

Alysia is thrilled to work with the queer community in Saskatoon, where she aims to foster inclusion, celebrate diversity, and inspire others through the power of the arts. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring local galleries and performance spaces, continually seeking new ways to support and uplift the voices of marginalized artists.
